Remember the moment you think, "I can't make it" , or "I don't have the strength to do it, it's too much for me" ; you are actually revealing the state of your heart. Are you depending on God or your strength?

If you are a person who draws confidence from flesh; there are places where you will not be able to stand. You will run away from your blessing. There will always be someone who is more qualified than you; but if your confidence is in God; you won't be intimidated by the size of the giant. Instead you will look at its face and say to it, "I do not come to you in my own strength but I come against you in the name of the Lord.

Some of you, this year, God will give you opportunities that are bigger than you. Don't refuse to take the opportunity. For the Lord is your strength! God is on your side! Yes you can!

Yeah , I Tried...!

So there I was, you know, trying to convince God that I wasn't the right person for his blessing, I didn't deserve his favor and whatever that he thought I could become. I gave him all the reasons why I wasn't the best; I told him about my insecurities, my worst background that I don't even tell other people about. O, did he forget that I messed up where I ran away from? I told him all these to convince him that I was not the right person he can use! Seeing that nothing I said could convince him; I said to him, ok God but at least I'm satisfied with where I am. Everybody is good around me in fact I even have children and they are all happy here! Even though I had graduated with many degrees in Egypt but hey, I couldn't convince God not to bless me.
