It’s bitter but it’s good!

As I watched my younger brother crying while in my mother’s arms, I couldn’t understand. He had been breast feeding in the previous days but this time he didn’t seem to enjoy feeding. The milk that was nice just yesterday was now bitter. My mother told me that she had intentionally smeared an aloe juice on her nipple so that when my brother tries to breastfeed, he will taste something bitter so that he won’t continue breastfeeding, but instead move on to the much stronger foods.

This might sound odd, but sometimes this is how God operates; when he sees that you are now ready to launch on to the new level, he deliberately cause your same environment that  used to be comfortable into an unfriendly environment. This he does so that you will be ready for the next level. When the next opportunity is presented to you, you will hang on to it; grab it with all your hands without thinking back.

You might be in a bitter situation right now, you asking yourself a thousand questions, “Lord, why am I in this bad situation? Why am I loosing this and that?” Be assured today, you are about to launch on to a higher dimension in your life! You are not gonna go crazy and break the glasses act like you mad, but instead God is going to bring you into a whole new level. Do not fight to stay in a z level when God wants you to be on top of the world!

Could it be possible that you already have a key to your breakthrough! Look around today and see if there is anything good you can do while waiting for your miracle! ____________________________________________________________ South Africas premier free email service - www.webmail.co.za For super low premiums, click here http://www.dialdirect.co.za/?vdn=15828

Yeah , I Tried...!

So there I was, you know, trying to convince God that I wasn't the right person for his blessing, I didn't deserve his favor and whatever that he thought I could become. I gave him all the reasons why I wasn't the best; I told him about my insecurities, my worst background that I don't even tell other people about. O, did he forget that I messed up where I ran away from? I told him all these to convince him that I was not the right person he can use! Seeing that nothing I said could convince him; I said to him, ok God but at least I'm satisfied with where I am. Everybody is good around me in fact I even have children and they are all happy here! Even though I had graduated with many degrees in Egypt but hey, I couldn't convince God not to bless me. Like Moses, in the above conversation;"How many times do we try and convince God that he cannot use us for great things? How many times do we believe our backgrounds, mistakes and insecurities when they tell us t...

This is another level of life.

When Jane, a twelve year old girl would cry in order for her mother to pay close  attention to her; Joane (Jane's mother) would quickly attend to her, pampering and  tapping lightly on her back with massaging strokes of her hand. At that young age, Jane enjoyed this experience so much such that it became her normal. However, as she grew older, she noticed that her mother had changed  her response towards her. She then realized that she had to do something different in order to regain her mother's attention... One of the obstacle that stands on our way or delays us from getting to another level of life is to try and solve today's problem with yesterday's formula. Just because a certain method worked wonders on yesterday's problem, does not necessarily mean that it can work on today's problem. Joshua understood this very clearly at the face of the raging river Jordan that was at a flooding stage. Instead of using the staff of Moses that parted the red see; Jo...
