5th Key: Move

The place you in right now can either open or block the doors to your breakthrough. Just because a place was good for you a year ago does not necessarily mean that it is still a right place for you. Evaluate the place you in right now. Is it really where you are supposed to be? Is it really where your next breakthrough will come from? If you can be honest with yourself, would you say without a shadow of a doubt, “This is where I’m supposed to be!”

Whether you male or female, the truth is you once resided in your mother’s womb. It was good for you back then to be in your mother’s womb. Even though, it was dark and you really didn’t have much choices for movements even for food, but it was good back then. Had you stayed there for more than nine months your health would then be questioned, “What is wrong with him? He is supposed to have come out and experience new things now, but why has he not come out? If you had stayed there you would have missed reading this text right now.

Understand that some places you will not have to leave them because they are bad but because that which is within you is now even much bigger than where you are. Some places cannot accommodate your dreams, gifts or talents. Yes people might criticize you, “Who does he think he is, he thinks he is better than us?” That could be true, but you must know that when it’s their time to move they will move. Be sensitive to your environment. You don’t want a place that will suffocate you and miss your blessing.

Do not allow others to stop you from getting to the place of your blessing. When it is time to move, move!

Yeah , I Tried...!

So there I was, you know, trying to convince God that I wasn't the right person for his blessing, I didn't deserve his favor and whatever that he thought I could become. I gave him all the reasons why I wasn't the best; I told him about my insecurities, my worst background that I don't even tell other people about. O, did he forget that I messed up where I ran away from? I told him all these to convince him that I was not the right person he can use! Seeing that nothing I said could convince him; I said to him, ok God but at least I'm satisfied with where I am. Everybody is good around me in fact I even have children and they are all happy here! Even though I had graduated with many degrees in Egypt but hey, I couldn't convince God not to bless me. Like Moses, in the above conversation;"How many times do we try and convince God that he cannot use us for great things? How many times do we believe our backgrounds, mistakes and insecurities when they tell us t...

This is another level of life.

When Jane, a twelve year old girl would cry in order for her mother to pay close  attention to her; Joane (Jane's mother) would quickly attend to her, pampering and  tapping lightly on her back with massaging strokes of her hand. At that young age, Jane enjoyed this experience so much such that it became her normal. However, as she grew older, she noticed that her mother had changed  her response towards her. She then realized that she had to do something different in order to regain her mother's attention... One of the obstacle that stands on our way or delays us from getting to another level of life is to try and solve today's problem with yesterday's formula. Just because a certain method worked wonders on yesterday's problem, does not necessarily mean that it can work on today's problem. Joshua understood this very clearly at the face of the raging river Jordan that was at a flooding stage. Instead of using the staff of Moses that parted the red see; Jo...
