The Promise From God, In This Season.

Has God done something great or miraculous in your life in the past six months? Maybe he gave you a Job or He answered your prayers, or you got a major breakthrough; all glory be to God!

I have realized that sometimes even though we had major breakthroughs but some areas of our lives still need attention! This is what Moses said to the Israelites concerning this issue, “You saw with your own eyes the great trials, the miraculous signs and wonders, the mighty hand and outstretched arm, with which the LORD your God brought you out. The LORD your God will do the same to all the peoples you now fear.

God is saying, “Your previous victory or breakthrough was not a co-incident.” He is the one who made you victorious. He says I will do the same to the challenges you now facing!

Yeah , I Tried...!

So there I was, you know, trying to convince God that I wasn't the right person for his blessing, I didn't deserve his favor and whatever that he thought I could become. I gave him all the reasons why I wasn't the best; I told him about my insecurities, my worst background that I don't even tell other people about. O, did he forget that I messed up where I ran away from? I told him all these to convince him that I was not the right person he can use! Seeing that nothing I said could convince him; I said to him, ok God but at least I'm satisfied with where I am. Everybody is good around me in fact I even have children and they are all happy here! Even though I had graduated with many degrees in Egypt but hey, I couldn't convince God not to bless me.
