Faith Like A Little Girl.

So there I was, just on my way from home. As soon as the taxi moved away from the filling station and stopped at a distance; a little girl sitting on my right hand side at the back seat began to cry. I thought she would just stop crying in a moment but to my surprise she kept on crying even more.

Seeing that I could not ignore her anymore, I looked at her face and noticed that tears were already flooding from her tiny eyes. Then I said to her, “Don’t cry, they will be back.” (Referring to her father who had gone to the loo)

What caught my attention to a point that I chose to share this story with you, was not because of how she cried or the tears from her face, but it was the way she responded after hearing my words! As soon as she heard me’ she wiped away all her tears and when I looked at her for the second time she behaved as if his father was already there, she was no longer crying she was no longer frustrated or worried!

My point is, “How would our lives be like, if we would receive the word of God like a baby or that little girl?” Imagine when God tells you that all things are possible to those who believe, and immediately after hearing those words you don’t reason or look at all the obstacles that can cause the impossible but just believe. I’m convinced that if we can receive the word of God Like that little girl; worry, stress, depression and all diseases that comes with it will leave us and never come back! I believe that we can accomplish anything in this life with this kind of attitude! Amen, God bless you!

Imagine if he had withdrew his gift; Joseph could have died in prison and never saw the great things God had in store for him! What are you doing today with what you have while waiting on God? Could it be possible that you already have a key to your breakthrough! Look around today and see if there is anything good you can do while waiting for your miracle! ____________________________________________________________ South Africas premier free email service - www.webmail.co.za For super low premiums, click here http://www.dialdirect.co.za/?vdn=15828

Yeah , I Tried...!

So there I was, you know, trying to convince God that I wasn't the right person for his blessing, I didn't deserve his favor and whatever that he thought I could become. I gave him all the reasons why I wasn't the best; I told him about my insecurities, my worst background that I don't even tell other people about. O, did he forget that I messed up where I ran away from? I told him all these to convince him that I was not the right person he can use! Seeing that nothing I said could convince him; I said to him, ok God but at least I'm satisfied with where I am. Everybody is good around me in fact I even have children and they are all happy here! Even though I had graduated with many degrees in Egypt but hey, I couldn't convince God not to bless me. Like Moses, in the above conversation;"How many times do we try and convince God that he cannot use us for great things? How many times do we believe our backgrounds, mistakes and insecurities when they tell us t...

This is another level of life.

When Jane, a twelve year old girl would cry in order for her mother to pay close  attention to her; Joane (Jane's mother) would quickly attend to her, pampering and  tapping lightly on her back with massaging strokes of her hand. At that young age, Jane enjoyed this experience so much such that it became her normal. However, as she grew older, she noticed that her mother had changed  her response towards her. She then realized that she had to do something different in order to regain her mother's attention... One of the obstacle that stands on our way or delays us from getting to another level of life is to try and solve today's problem with yesterday's formula. Just because a certain method worked wonders on yesterday's problem, does not necessarily mean that it can work on today's problem. Joshua understood this very clearly at the face of the raging river Jordan that was at a flooding stage. Instead of using the staff of Moses that parted the red see; Jo...
