This Is It!

I would rather try and fail than to sit back in a safe zone, because of fear of disappointment.

I would rather try and fail than to hide myself in a place called Wonder Land, where everyone sit around wondering about what could have been like if I had taken that offer, what could have been like if I married that man or that woman? These people who live in wonderland always entertain regrets; they are always in fear of failure. Always afraid of trying again, let alone trying something new.

You will never try anything new if you fear that people will call you a failure. Let me tell you who a failure is: a failure is a person who stops trying because of previous disappointments. He stops trying because he failed many times in the past. He sits around and says if the mighty one has failed, who am I that I should try? Always remember this: winners are the people who do what the losers don't. Winners never quit trying, while losers do! Winners are never intimidated by anything!

I thank God that you are not a failure because you are more than a conqueror, created in God's image and God is not a failure. In him there is no failure, and you are in Him. That is why you will move forward! You gonna strive until you win! Because your focus is not on who is gonna say what, but your focus is on the price.

As God brings new opportunities in your life, you are not gonna pass them to others because of fear of failure. You are going to take them with an attitude of a winner. God cannot give you an opportunity to do something new if He has not given you the power to accomplish it! Be ready for the new opportunities.

Could it be possible that you already have a key to your breakthrough! Yeah , I Tried...!

So there I was, you know, trying to convince God that I wasn't the right person for his blessing, I didn't deserve his favor and whatever that he thought I could become. I gave him all the reasons why I wasn't the best; I told him about my insecurities, my worst background that I don't even tell other people about. O, did he forget that I messed up where I ran away from? I told him all these to convince him that I was not the right person he can use! Seeing that nothing I said could convince him; I said to him, ok God but at least I'm satisfied with where I am. Everybody is good around me in fact I even have children and they are all happy here! Even though I had graduated with many degrees in Egypt but hey, I couldn't convince God not to bless me. Like Moses, in the above conversation;"How many times do we try and convince God that he cannot use us for great things? How many times do we believe our backgrounds, mistakes and insecurities when they tell us t...

This is another level of life.

When Jane, a twelve year old girl would cry in order for her mother to pay close  attention to her; Joane (Jane's mother) would quickly attend to her, pampering and  tapping lightly on her back with massaging strokes of her hand. At that young age, Jane enjoyed this experience so much such that it became her normal. However, as she grew older, she noticed that her mother had changed  her response towards her. She then realized that she had to do something different in order to regain her mother's attention... One of the obstacle that stands on our way or delays us from getting to another level of life is to try and solve today's problem with yesterday's formula. Just because a certain method worked wonders on yesterday's problem, does not necessarily mean that it can work on today's problem. Joshua understood this very clearly at the face of the raging river Jordan that was at a flooding stage. Instead of using the staff of Moses that parted the red see; Jo...
