As king Nebchadnezzar heard that Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to bow down to the image he had set up, he got furious and ordered that the furnace be heated seven times hotter than usual, they then threw the three men in the blazing furnace.

You will remember that, God supernaturally delivered them and the king promoted them! In addition to that he also ordered the whole nation to worship God of Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego. My friend after your challenges, you will be blessed seven times better than before!

Yeah , I Tried...!

So there I was, you know, trying to convince God that I wasn't the right person for his blessing, I didn't deserve his favor and whatever that he thought I could become. I gave him all the reasons why I wasn't the best; I told him about my insecurities, my worst background that I don't even tell other people about. O, did he forget that I messed up where I ran away from? I told him all these to convince him that I was not the right person he can use! Seeing that nothing I said could convince him; I said to him, ok God but at least I'm satisfied with where I am. Everybody is good around me in fact I even have children and they are all happy here!
