Victory All The Way!

With his mighty hand and an outstretched arm, God fought for the Israelites in Egypt even throughout the desert. God completely destroyed their enemies. Nevertheless, the Israelites still had fear in their hearts, afraid of their enemies, afraid of the future! The future enemies seemed stronger than the past enemies. Moses said to them, “The LORD your God will do the same to all the peoples you now fear.”

My friend I’m here to let you know that God is still the same yesterday today and forever, whether the challenges changes or not God is still the same! The same God, who fought for you in the first half of the year, will also fight for you even in this second half of the year!

“Fear not, for I have redeemed you, I have called you by my name you are mine” says the Lord. Even if you go through the fire it will not burn you! Yeah , I Tried...!

So there I was, you know, trying to convince God that I wasn't the right person for his blessing, I didn't deserve his favor and whatever that he thought I could become. I gave him all the reasons why I wasn't the best; I told him about my insecurities, my worst background that I don't even tell other people about. O, did he forget that I messed up where I ran away from? I told him all these to convince him that I was not the right person he can use! Seeing that nothing I said could convince him; I said to him, ok God but at least I'm satisfied with where I am. Everybody is good around me in fact I even have children and they are all happy here! Even though I had graduated with many degrees in Egypt but hey, I couldn't convince God not to bless me.
